GOAL Academy School Profile

GOAL Academy was established as an alternative placement school for the Bradley County School District in 2012. Our unique school environment is designed to change the direction of students who are struggling and unsuccessful in their current educational path.

At GOAL, students gain academic, social, emotional and team experience through rigorous academic training; personalized social-needs development and community / job partnership opportunities. This process is a partnership involving a team of professional educators, counselors, and other educational specialists as well as community partners. This partnership extends to parent / caretaker as well as student. At GOAL Academy, our we "Encounter, Evaluate, Elevate, and Expand" educational experiences.

Tennessee School Report Card

The Tennessee State Report Card includes a dashboard of detailed, easy-to-understand information about school and district performance including school letter grades, student achievement, growth, English learners' proficiency in English, graduation rate, and postsecondary readiness. Information about student enrollment, staff information, discipline, and school and district funding are also available on the Tennessee State Report Card. State-level data is provided as a reference to understand how schools and districts are performing in comparison with others across the state.

Title I

Title I is a federally funded program that provides supplemental financial assistance to school districts to help children from low-income families receive a high-quality education. It's part of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESSA) and is the largest federal program supporting elementary and secondary education. Parent engagement is key to the success of our program.
